RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Given the nature of this product, we do not extend refunds, but we would be more than happy to assist with product exchanges within 30 days on any unopened and unused hair; unfortunately, if the hair exhibits any signs of being used or manipulation, this will forfeit the option of an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for the same texture originally purchased.
